For now, I call my initiative Plan "B". As you all are aware of by now, the Marina District Project is in severe distress and the reasons are many. While we cannot ignore the obvious mismanagement that lead to yet another debacle, we must forge a new path that will propel us in a forward direction.
Plan "B" is in its beginning phases, but I've been working dilligently on it for some time now, pulling the pieces together.
In the coming weeks, I will be releasing precise details describing Plan "B" and I am very excited at the way this is coming together. I am having this entire process documented so that everyone will know, right from the very start, exactly what I am thinking and who is involved. Every single resident of our community will have an opportunity to provide input, comments and suggestions and help us craft Plan "B" into a workable, sustainable project for Sandusky.
Plan "B" will protect our parks, create jobs, provide revenue, bring guests to our City and be an example of what we can accomplish if we work together.
